The Famče Furlane Club
of
Toronto was founded in 1932 by a group of
Furlans for the purpose of creating and promoting
the bonds of friendship, good fellowship, mutual
understanding and assistance among people who
originally came from the Friuli Region of Italy.
The Friuli Centre is a
multi-complex, multi-purpose facility, that
includes
the Famče Furlane Club & Halls
with the
restaurant al Fogolār,
The
new Villa Leonardo
Gambin a 168-bed long term care facility, located on the campus
of Friuli Centre, next to the villa are
Friuli Terrace, a nine-story independent
seniors' residence.
